What I builtAll of it, solo: the image-to-3D generation pipeline and mesh prep, the in-browser Three.js viewer, Stripe checkout, WorkOS auth, funnel analytics, and print fulfillment on a Bambu Lab printer.

How I work

I own the whole slice, from product to AI to infrastructure, so there are fewer handoffs and faster iteration.
Seed to Series D experience tells me when to move fast and when rigor pays for itself.
Observability, staged rollouts, and incident ownership are design requirements, not afterthoughts.
I run client discovery and technical calls myself, and turn business processes into scoped, buildable plans.
